The Hong Kong Youth Leadership Corps aims to become a youth uniformed group with outstanding achievements and wide recognition, providing high-quality discipline and leadership training for young people.
Mission
Through rigorous, challenging, and military-style training, we assist young people in developing their personal character and leadership skills, while cultivating their sense of responsibility, self-confidence, adaptability, endurance, perseverance, and spirit of service.
Beliefs
1. Be loyal to the team, respect its traditions, and firmly believe in the importance and value of its contributions to society.
2. Actively and selflessly contribute to society and the team.
3. Volunteer instructors must be competent, experienced, and proactive, always prioritizing the maintenance of the team's honor and the welfare and safety of their subordinates.
4. Team members must be well-trained, strictly disciplined, physically fit, courteous, and demonstrate a proactive attitude and team spirit.
5. Retired members continue to serve society, becoming responsible and law-abiding citizens, contributing to the Hong Kong community.
