Drill and Discipline
Drill is an important part of discipline training for uniformed groups. In our training program, all participants must undergo basic drill training. In addition, senior members of the Corps have the opportunity to participate in the following advanced drill courses:
British Basic Drill | Rifle Drill | Spear Drill | Drill Regulations | Military Flag and Group Flag Drill | Flag Raising Drill


Members of the Corps participate in drill performances on various occasions, such as the annual parade held at the Police College in Wong Chuk Hang, as well as parades and drill competitions invited by different uniformed groups. Among the most notable events are the flag-raising ceremonies held every year at Golden Bauhinia Square to celebrate the Handover and National Day, and the uncommanded rifle drill performance at the Hong Kong Museum of Coastal Defence to celebrate National Day.
First Aid, Health, and Safety Awareness
The Corps provides participants with basic bandaging, health, and safety awareness courses, enabling them to learn about health and safety awareness in daily life and during training. Our participants will learn simple wound management, outdoor survival skills, and training safety rules, among other things. The training locations are mainly at the Sai Kung Man Yee Training Camp and various country parks in the New Territories.
Air Gun Shooting Training
The Corps provides air gun shooting training for participants. Participants must undergo training at a qualified and safe shooting range. The Corps is responsible for providing the necessary equipment and all safety protective gear for training.


Map Usage and Camping Skills Training
The Corps provides adventure training for participants and various organizations such as schools, government departments, other youth organizations, and non-profit organizations. The training locations are mainly at the Sai Kung Man Yee Training Camp and various country parks in the New Territories.

Radio Training
The Corps provides radio training for participants and adult instructors for communication purposes. The training content includes:

Leadership Training
The Corps provides various leadership training for participants, such as teaching skills and leadership quality training. We also invite successful individuals from society to visit the Sai Kung Man Yee Training Camp and provide specialized leadership training or sharing.
Band Training and Music Performance
The Corps provides marching band training for participants and will lend instruments for training purposes. The Corps' Brass Band and Pipe Band frequently performs for the public, such as participating in various uniformed group events, flag-raising ceremonies and various award ceremonies.


Community Service
The Corps encourages participants to engage in community service, providing support for various social welfare organizations, non-profit groups, and major institutions. Participants serve alongside their instructors. Services include fundraising activities, crowd control, logistics, and wireless communication support. In the year 2025, the Corps provided a total of 13,935 service hours.
